About the operation
Kry Health Center Sundbyberg is a modern clinic located in the heart of Sundbyberg. The health center is our largest primary care facility in Stockholm with approximately 23,000 registered patients and 60 dedicated and skilled staff members. The health center operates smoothly with a familial and learning-oriented environment where employees work together for our patients. Connected to the health center, we also have a child health center and home care services. At the health center, we have a strong focus on excellent patient care, accessibility, and health-promoting work. We are in an exciting phase of development and are now looking for you to join our team as a nursing assistant.
About the role
As a nursing assistant with us, you will be responsible for working together with colleagues from various professions to contribute to safe, secure, and modern primary care. Examples of tasks you as a nursing assistant will perform at the health center include assisting doctors and nurses, taking measurements and blood samples, administrative tasks, and working in the lab and reception. In reception, we work according to an initiative called Always Welcome, and to thrive in the role, you must appreciate providing excellent and welcoming patient care.

Qualifications & characteristics
Approved nursing assistant certification
At least 1 year of work experience from a health center
Experience from reception with a strong focus on excellent patient care
It is advantageous to have experience from laboratory work and blood sampling
Very good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written, and good English skills.
Technically interested and with good computer skills
It is advantageous if you speak additional languages besides Swedish and English
As a person, you are confident in your work role, you work communicatively, and have a strong sense of service, always putting our patients first. You are curious about developing in your role, take responsibility for your tasks, and conduct yourself professionally. In addition, you have good collaboration skills and are receptive to both colleagues and patients. Furthermore, you are flexible and thrive in a role where you are encouraged to take initiative. Finally, you always ensure and prioritize providing high patient safety in your work.
