Job Description
As a nursing assistant at Humana Skämningsfors, you have a varied job where you, among other things, plan and conduct weekly planning, handle medications, and plan activities. You will daily document and handle any incidents. Together with colleagues, you distribute work tasks and communicate with HSL staff such as nurses (SSK), rehabilitation staff, and doctors.
Examples of Work Tasks:
Be a contact person and responsible for your clients' weekly planning and implementation plans
Follow up on your clients' weekly planning and implementation plans
Receive medication delegation from the nurse (SSK)
Carry out fun activities
Handle documentation and incidents
Who Are You?
We are looking for you who is a team player – a person who is responsible and enjoys working both independently and in a group. You have the ability to see the whole picture and you are not afraid to take initiative. You are experienced with documentation and work with quality as your guiding principle. Experience with person-centered work is a merit, and we believe it is important that you are a relationship builder with good collaboration skills and a positive outlook.
We are looking for you who:
Are a trained nursing assistant
Possess good knowledge of Swedish, spoken and written
It is a merit if you have:
Experience working within psychiatry
Experience working with people with psychotic disorders, dementia
Experience working in privately operated facilities
