We are seeking a nursing assistant for our team at Kastanjegården/Bockara Home Care. As a nursing assistant at Kastanjegården, you will work both at the special residential facility and some days out in Bockara home care. This position is therefore perfect for you if you want variety in your work and the opportunity to work in two different operations.
You will be part of a work team with a unit manager, personnel planner, nursing assistants, care attendants and service staff. Together we conduct close teamwork with nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists and district doctors. We are developing a working method where daily rehabilitation and activation for those living at Kastanjegården is a natural part of everyday life.

DUTIES
As a nursing assistant you are directly responsible to the unit manager. The work consists of implementing approved care services and service measures according to the Social Services Act (SoL) and health and medical care services according to the Health and Medical Care Act (HSL).
Kastanjegården has a special residential facility where you, together with other staff, implement approved services for care, treatment and service for people living in their own homes.
The role includes being a contact person and establishing implementation plans. The role also includes administering medication according to delegation. There may also be other medical tasks delegated by the nurse.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant and preferably have experience from similar operations.
As a person you are open, confident and have a professional demeanor. You have analytical ability and are positive. You have a good ability to see the bigger picture and each individual's circumstances and needs. You are responsive, have good teamwork skills and are flexible with an easy ability to adapt to circumstances. You thrive in an operation with a fast pace and work satisfaction.
Documentation is an important part of our work so you need to master the Swedish language well, both verbally and in writing, and have good computer skills. It is desirable that you have a B driving license.
The values in the Social Services Act are an important tool in our work group. Our starting point is always the individual and their well-being. We also look at personal suitability.
