IHR is a multiprofessional team that works with person-centered rehabilitation in the user's home. With us, nursing assistants, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and nurses work together to see the whole user's needs and create the best possible conditions for independence and quality of life.

WORK DUTIES
As a nursing assistant at IHR, you work with care and service interventions in the user's home. You have a clear rehabilitative approach and support the user in using and developing their own abilities and resources. You work closely with occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and nurses. Together with the user, you formulate goals and plan interventions that can contribute to increased independence and higher quality of life in daily life.
In addition to the central focus on rehabilitation, you also work with psychosocial interventions such as motivational work, serve as a contact person, and are responsible for delegated tasks. You document continuously and establish and follow up implementation plans. You need to feel comfortable working independently and driving a car throughout Eskilstuna Municipality.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant and has a Class B driver's license. You need to have good documentation skills and be able to express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing. If you have previous experience in healthcare, it is highly meritorious, especially in home care. Experience from care and residential facilities and/or as a rehabilitation assistant is also meritorious. If you have been a rehabilitation representative previously, that is a plus.
