Anja & Dennis Hemservice is seeking trained nursing assistants and care aides Do you want to make a difference – every day? We at Anja & Dennis Hemservice are now looking for dedicated and trained nursing assistants and care aides who want to work day and evening shifts, as well as weekends, providing home care services in the Farsta district. About the Position As a team member with us, you will work with typical home care tasks: – Patient care – Social activities – Meal preparation – Cleaning – Shopping – Accompaniment/escorting – Shift coverage You will be based at our office in Farsta Centrum and work with customers living in the Farsta district. Our team is on-site around the clock, and we work closely together to provide our customers with the best care. Who Are You? To apply for this position, you must be a trained nursing assistant or care aide. We are looking for someone who: ✔ Has experience working in home care ✔ Is confident in your professional role ✔ Is flexible, stress-resilient, and thorough ✔ Has good interpersonal skills and spreads positive energy ✔ Values teamwork and collaboration with colleagues Previous experience in care and welfare, such as in nursing homes or other home care services, is a merit. Other Requirements and Preferences You should be able to cycle, as we actively work toward sustainable and environmentally friendly home care You need to be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, as documentation and communication are important parts of the work A driver's license is a merit but not a requirement You should be able to work every other weekend.
