Individuals who have been granted home care services and safety alarms in Alingsås have the option to choose HemTrevnad as their service provider. We operate in almost all of Alingsås Kommun! HemTrevnad also provides services covered by RUT deductions. Our goal is for HemTrevnad's clients to live a good life and have a meaningful and secure everyday life with support from HemTrevnad's competent staff. At HemTrevnad, we work person-centered with a flexible and situation-adapted approach. All employees' tasks are extremely important for both clients and staff to thrive at HemTrevnad! Job Responsibilities Your workday is planned based on approved services and the individual's implementation plan. We travel by car or bicycle. Approved services can range from light activities such as walks to caring for individuals with significant care needs and advanced health and medical services on delegation from a nurse, as well as receiving calls during daytime and evening hours. Health and medical services are digitally signed on your mobile and you document in Combine. Digital locks have been implemented this spring at all clients in Alingsås Kommun. Most importantly, the individual must feel confident in you and receive the help and support they need, delivered with high quality. Your work includes teamwork with other professional categories and you need to have good cooperation skills. You should be able to handle everyday questions with tact, sensitivity, and good judgment. Your work includes being a fixed care contact. Qualifications You have an approved home care assistant education and must present a professional certificate from Socialstyrelsen. You have a B driver's license. You have a strong command of Swedish language, both spoken and written. As a person, you are confident and have the ability to perform your work with thoroughness, attentiveness, and helpfulness. You are an important puzzle piece in our operations and you share our humanistic values and have good communication skills. You have a strong ability to act to ensure that clients receive the best possible care and see the bigger picture around the client. You perform your work in a trust-building manner. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability. To work as a home care assistant, a minimum of 1500 upper secondary school credits is required and you must present a professional certificate from Socialstyrelsen. An excerpt from the criminal record is required to be eligible for a position at HemTrevnad.
