JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a nursing assistant, your primary responsibilities are to plan and provide care work based on our residents' needs. The residents' needs are always at the center, and we work with a rehabilitative approach. This means that those living with us should receive help to maintain their abilities to the greatest extent possible. In daily work, you provide residents with social engagement. Your duties also include delegated health and medical care tasks and documentation in accordance with SOL. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who has/is: • trained nursing assistant • experience working in elderly care • strong ability to express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish • good computer skills We are primarily looking for someone who demonstrates a genuine interest in working in elderly care and wants to continuously improve our services. You have the ability to take your own initiatives, are flexible and loyal, and set a good example for your colleagues. During spring 2026, a new law will take effect that extends record checks to work in the homes of elderly people or adults with disabilities.
