JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Do you want to make a real difference in people's everyday lives? We are now looking for a dedicated and secure nursing assistant for our group homes within functional support in Höganäs.
Within Functional Support, we work based on the law on support and services for persons with certain disabilities (LSS). Our task is to create good living conditions, promote participation in community life and strengthen each individual's self-determination and integrity.

Job Responsibilities
As a nursing assistant, you provide support, services and care based on each individual's needs. You support, motivate and assist residents in their daily lives and help create structure, clarity and predictability in everyday life.
The role also includes:
Responsibility for implementation plans and social documentation.
Being a contact person for one or more users.
Contributing to the development of service quality.
Participating in planning, implementation and follow-up of interventions.
You work in close collaboration with colleagues, nurses, occupational therapists and physiotherapists. Together you create the best conditions for the people who receive support in the service.
Working hours are arranged for day, evening, sleeping night shift with on-call compensation and weekend service.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who are trained as a nursing assistant or have other education that the employer considers equivalent.
For this position, it is advantageous if you have experience working in LSS activities and a good understanding of the target group. We also view positively experience working with people who have mental health issues or substance abuse problems.
You have knowledge of and experience working with a low-affect approach and the ability to create security, structure and good relationships. You work professionally, are attentive to the individual's needs and have a genuine interest in supporting people toward increased independence, participation and quality of life.
