Based on the customer's needs, we work together to create a safe service tailored to their needs and wishes. We actively work with consistent care contacts and to meet the needs and routines of our customers in the best possible way. We prioritize small work groups with good continuity. We have our own quality management system and work systematically with quality assurance in our operations – we can always improve. Today the company has over 1400 employed nursing assistants, care assistants, and cleaners. We have specialized expertise in dementia and palliative care. The name Allegio comes from the Latin Legio, which means "selected personnel" – that is the principle we work by: we know we offer the best service when we also have the best and most engaged staff! Are you the one we're looking for? We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with the individual person. It is very important that you respect our customers and provide absolutely the best service. It is important that you speak and write Swedish fluently. The position is a trial employment for 6 months, which can then become a permanent employment, 100% with work every other weekend. We use bicycles at this unit. Interviews are held on a rolling basis. Start date by agreement but as soon as possible.
