Your responsibilities As a coordinator, you'll work closely with the unit manager and contribute to structure, quality, and development in the operation. You're an important link between staff and management and have a role that is both administrative and operationally focused. The role includes, among other things: Participate in scheduling to ensure a well-functioning operation. Assist the unit manager with administrative support and monitoring of key performance indicators and statistics. Support the implementation and monitoring of procedures, work methods, and quality initiatives. Coordinate the introduction of new personnel, students, and interns. Contribute to structure and planning in daily work and facilitate a smooth everyday experience for staff. What we're looking for We're looking for someone with good organizational skills, who is communicative, solution-oriented, and enjoys collaborating with others. You remain calm even during periods of high pace and are comfortable working in multiple systems simultaneously. We place great importance on your personal qualities and how you contribute to a positive work environment. You have: Proof of protected professional title as a Nursing Assistant. Experience with administrative work. Basic IT skills and experience working in the Combine system. Driver's license. Meritorious: Experience with scheduling. Knowledge of personnel administration processes. Experience working in municipal operations.
