About the Role We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant with experience in the nursing assistant profession and good knowledge of Swedish. We place great importance on personal qualities. As a person, you are engaged, curious, and interested in learning new things. You are drawn to the pace of work on a care unit and enjoy collaborating with others. You have an interest in patient care and are happy to contribute your opinions and experiences to provide our patients with the best possible care. What You Will Work With On the unit, the nursing assistant works in a team together with experienced nurses, doctors, and other professionals. In our work group, we have good cohesion, we help each other, and we value job satisfaction and development highly. Because the respiratory system encompasses different organs, you will gain broad competence in various medical conditions and care measures. In your daily work, you will, in addition to basic patient care, perform practical tasks such as specimen collection, wound dressing changes, measurement of vital parameters, and various interventions to facilitate the patient's breathing. Working hours are scheduled for night shift. Start date by agreement. Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreement.
