About us: Sörgården is a specialized residential facility with a focus on psychiatry and co-occurring substance abuse disorders, located in the beautiful Ålems village, just a few kilometers from Kalmar Sund. We adapt care and housing according to each individual's needs and work with low-arousal approaches. Here we are an engaged team striving to create a safe and supportive environment for our residents. We are looking for someone who: Has good teamwork skills and patience. Has extensive experience working with substance abuse and psychiatric care. Takes responsibility for your work and sees the value in helping others. Wants to contribute to quality assurance of care. What we offer: Opportunity to work with residents with various psychiatric disabilities and co-occurring conditions. Hourly contract positions available for day/evening and night shifts.
