Nursing Assistant / Care Assistant at Annas Vård och HemtjänstTeam AB Nacka & Tyresö | 75–100 % Annas Vård och HemtjänstTeam AB is an established home care company founded in 2009. Today we have approximately 200 employees and operate from six offices in Nacka and Tyresö municipalities. We work in smaller teams to create high continuity for our customers and a safe, sustainable work environment for our staff. Each team is led by a team leader/coordinator and a service manager who is responsible for daily operations and ensures that our routines, quality, and core values are followed. About the Position As an employee with us, you work closely with people in their daily lives. Our customers need both nursing care services and service support at home and sometimes outside the home. The work is varied, independent, and meaningful. Many of our customers have clear preferences regarding personal continuity, safety, and privacy in care situations, which is why we currently need to strengthen our teams with staff who can meet these needs in a professional and empathetic manner.
