As a nursing assistant in home care, you work with care and service measures in the customer's home based on the implementation plan. This can include everything from accompaniment and personal hygiene to everyday chores and walks. We work according to Individual Needs in Center (IBIC) and continuously use digital solutions and systems. The work includes good dialogue with customers and relatives, close collaboration with colleagues, and health care tasks delegated from nurses. QUALIFICATIONS Nursing Assistant Certificate of completed and approved nursing assistant education from a high school program or other approved education. Alternatively care aide Swedish language and good computer skills Documentation is an important part of our work and you therefore need to master the Swedish language well in speech and writing. It is important that you have good computer skills and high knowledge in business systems Class B driver's license Documented experience It is advantageous if you have work experience in care and elderly services, low-affective approach and/or clarifying pedagogy as well as experience with documentation in the Life Care and Heroma systems.
