Nursing Assistant / Care Assistant at Annas Vård och HemtjänstTeam AB Nacka & Tyresö | 75–100 % Annas Vård och HemtjänstTeam AB is an established home care company founded in 2009. Today we have approximately 200 employees and operate from six offices in Nacka and Tyresö municipalities. We work in smaller teams to create high continuity for our customers and a safe, sustainable work environment for our staff. Each team is led by a team leader/coordinator and a operations manager who is responsible for daily operations and ensuring our routines, quality, and core values are followed. About the Position As an employee with us, you work close to people in their everyday lives. Our customers need both care services and service support in their homes and sometimes outside the home as well. The work is varied, independent, and meaningful. Many of our customers have clear wishes regarding personal continuity, security, and privacy in care situations, which is why we currently need to strengthen our teams with staff who can meet these needs in a professional and empathetic way.
