We are now seeking a nursing assistant for a temporary night shift position.

WORK DUTIES
Standard care tasks as a nursing assistant.
During the night, you will work independently on a department but have colleagues nearby who can assist when needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who is/has:
• trained as a nursing assistant
• experience in dementia care
• good ability to use IT/computers as a support in your work
• good ability to express yourself clearly in speech and writing in Swedish.
As a person, you should be confident in your professional role, be flexible, and have the ability to handle unforeseen situations that may arise.
During spring 2026, new legislation has come into force that means work in the homes of elderly people or adults with disabilities will also be subject to background checks. For these positions, it means that final candidates must present a valid certificate from both the criminal record register and the suspicion register before employment can be offered in Strängnäs municipality.
