We are now recruiting a nursing assistant to join our team at Department 27, Cardiology. The average length of stay at Department 27 is approximately 3 days. We work in teams together with nurses and physicians in daily operations. Department 27 has 28 patient beds, day care services for polyclinic coronary angiography, and we work in close collaboration with the cardiology clinic, coronary lab, and AVA where several staff members rotate within and between clinics. Working hours are flexible, adapted to operations and the preferences jointly developed by our staff regarding work schedules to best accommodate 11 hours of rest. The position includes day/evening/night shifts. Job Responsibilities You will work with the rewarding tasks involved in caring for patients with cardiac conditions. You will work alongside both new and experienced colleagues, with each shift staffed by experienced personnel with many years of experience. Whether you have prior experience or are new to the profession, you will receive a supportive introduction tailored to your needs. During your first year with us, you will receive lectures covering all aspects of cardiology, S-CPR with refresher training twice a year. Qualifications We are looking for you—a trained nursing assistant with an interest in cardiology. You have completed the Healthcare and Care Program or the vocational package Healthcare and Care through adult education.
