The care and residential facility Aktrisen is located in the beautiful sculpture park in the Umedalsområdet area of Umeå. The house has been tastefully renovated while preserving its beautiful architecture with high ceilings and deep window recesses, combined with modern materials and standards. We are a residential facility for people with dementia and have 48 apartments distributed across three floors.

Your responsibilities
With a professional approach and good conduct, you will assist our residents in their daily lives. The residents' participation is in focus, and you will contribute to providing services with good quality, according to care decisions and implementation plans.
You will assist with, among other things, showering, laundry, cleaning, meals, and other services. Your duties also include documentation of measures and health status as well as medical tasks based on delegation from the responsible nurse. Heavy lifting is involved; lifting aids must be used.
Work hours are scheduled for day, evening, and weekends.
About you
We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant with experience in care and social services work. To communicate with users, relatives, and colleagues, write and access care documentation, and receive medication delegation, you must have strong Swedish language skills in both speech and writing.
Your interaction with residents requires good professional competence based on maturity, responsibility, and a well-developed empathetic ability. You show strong commitment to both users and operations, which is evident in your relationships and actions. You work independently and demonstrate patience and initiative in various situations. You also have a very good ability to collaborate and cooperate with colleagues, relatives, and other professionals. We place great importance on personal suitability.
