JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Together in the team at Kvarnliden, we provide good care, security and joy to our residents. Kvarnliden is a special residential facility with a dementia focus, located in Munka-Ljungby.
As a nursing assistant with us, no two days are the same! With an individual-centered approach, we adapt our services based on the residents' daily condition and make the most of their abilities. The work includes qualified care and nursing services based on the residents' needs. An important part of the assignment is to contribute to a meaningful life through, for example, social meetings, activities and outdoor time.
We actively work with individual implementation plans as the basis for work planning and each employee takes great responsibility for the operations and development of the facility. As a nursing assistant, you work close to the residents and have a key role in the team together with colleagues, unit manager, nurse, occupational therapist and physical therapist.
We collaborate with other special residential facilities within Ängelholm Municipality and if needed you will have work shifts at these facilities as well.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant, preferably with specialist training in geriatrics, palliative care or cognitive decline. Previous work experience that has involved responsibility for case management, social documentation and delegated HSL tasks is something we see as valuable.

You are confident and comfortable using digital technology, as we increasingly use digital tools to facilitate and improve our operations. Communication is an important part of the job, and you can communicate in Swedish in speech and writing. If you have knowledge of any additional language, we see that as positive.
You are a really sharp team player who collaborates, takes responsibility and sees the bigger picture. We are constantly working to develop our operations and if you have experience in improvement or development work, we see that as an asset. Prior to a job offer, we will request an extract from the Police Authority's criminal record register. Before employment, you will also need to provide your professional license.
