Home Care South operates from Frövi and Fellingsbro, and together we make approximately 500 visits daily to people who need support in their everyday lives. We travel to our clients on foot, by bicycle, and by car, and work closely together to provide the best possible care.

JOB DUTIES
You will work in a rewarding and stimulating work environment, where the focus is to help the individual with varying tasks based on their needs.
The work involves performing standard care tasks in the individual's home according to implementation plans, performing health and medical care tasks after delegation, assignments as a primary care contact, and documentation according to applicable procedures.
The assignment also includes participation in workplace meetings and collaboration with relatives, district nurses, and occupational therapists. We offer you an introduction where you can work alongside experienced colleagues to become confident in your role. During the introduction, you will gain knowledge about our core values that all staff work from. You always have close access to colleagues who provide support when needed.

QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who:
• Are a trained nursing assistant with professional certification from Socialstyrelsen.
• Have good technical skills.
• Can express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish.
• Are responsible, flexible, and solution-oriented.
• Enjoy working both independently and in a team.
• Have a B-class driver's license.
• Can cycle.
• Are willing to take on the delegations that the activity requires based on the nurse's assessment.
It is meriting if you have experience working in home care and with a rehabilitative approach. We place great emphasis on personal suitability and are looking for you who have a genuine commitment to people.
