Read more at timra.se To Hagalids elderly care home, Bergsgatan unit, we are looking for a nursing assistant with a protected professional title who has experience working in elderly care and preferably with knowledge of service users with mental health issues and substance abuse. You will support the residents with personal care and perform medical work tasks based on delegation from the responsible nurse. You will be a contact person for one of our residents and be responsible for establishing implementation plans based on the resident's right to user influence. You will also work to contribute to the residents' security, participation, meaningfulness and sense of community. Work shifts are distributed with every other weekend plus day and evening shifts. You need to have basic computer skills and documentation experience, be comfortable working with digital tools and have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. You are independent and resourceful but also understand the importance of collaboration and cooperation with colleagues, relatives and other professionals.
