We are seeking a nursing assistant with the desire and interest to work with people for a permanent position at 75-100% with immediate start. Our day begins at 07:00 in the morning and ends at 21:00 every day of the week, during which time our night staff is on duty. All care staff work both days and evenings as well as weekdays and weekends. We have no full-day shifts or split shifts. Sjöberga Gård is a specialized residential facility in Hässelby with a focus primarily on dementia diagnoses including frontotemporal dementia, Korsakoff's syndrome, and Lewy Body dementia. At Sjöberga Gård, we have twelve apartments on two floors. On each floor, we have a common dining room and a day room as well as a kitchen. All meals are prepared in-house. We have a patio at ground level and a balcony on the second floor. We also have dogs that are on duty sometimes when their owner/handler is working. We are a smoke-free workplace. As a care staff member, your most important task is to ensure that each person receives the care and support they need. With us, you work with daily care for our residents, such as personal hygiene, meals, and activities. Above all, you are important in our residents' everyday social lives. As a care staff member, you make life work for others who need help. As a person, we see that you are responsible and have a good ability to collaborate with others. Requirements for the position are very good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written, as well as good communication skills. It is meritorious if you have previously worked in the care profession, preferably with people who have had a dementia diagnosis.
