About the operation Urology services in Dalarna are provided at the surgical clinics at Falu and Mora hospitals, as well as at a contracted urology outpatient clinic in Borlänge. There is close collaboration between the three units, which to some extent have different assignments and specialized expertise. You will have your main place of work in Falun, but certain parts of your specialty training (ST) will be located in Mora and Borlänge. Job responsibilities We are now seeking an ST-läkare in urology with primary placement at Falu hospital. We are looking for someone with a solid interest in urology as a specialty and who is interested in working in a team under development and growth. The urology section in Falun currently has 3 senior physicians, 1 specialist, and 4 ST-läkare. The work includes on-call service at the emergency department as surgical on-call coverage. Supervision and teaching of AT-läkare (junior residents) and other physicians in training, other staff categories, and students are included. As a qualified specialist in urology in Dalarna, there are opportunities to work either with a focus on outpatient urology or inpatient urology.
