Your Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated maintenance technician who, together with the team, wants to take responsibility for performing preventive maintenance and ensuring high and consistent production with minimal downtime.
Your main responsibilities include both preventive and emergency maintenance work, installations, optimization, troubleshooting, and repairs of machinery. You are part of the maintenance department where you and your colleagues work together on troubleshooting, ongoing maintenance, and improvement work.
You work proactively and plan maintenance work together with production management to ensure that daily operations maintain the same high quality our brand is known for.
This position is full-time with a start date by agreement. Working hours are daytime, Monday-Friday.
About You
We are looking for someone who has worked as a repair technician, mechanic, maintenance technician, or similar previously. You are a thorough, driven, and self-directed person who finds it easy to structure and plan your work. You thrive in a role with significant responsibility and have an easy time building new relationships. Furthermore, you are flexible and solution-oriented and enjoy working toward continuous development at the company. You are an experienced user of system support and speak and write Swedish fluently.
As a person, you have the ability to see things in context and possess an ingenuity that means you don't shy away from problems that require new solutions.
We are looking for someone with:
Experience with machine repairs and troubleshooting
Genuine interest in mechanics, technology, and mechanical maintenance
Background in workshop work (cutting, welding, etc.)
Basic training in pneumatics and hydraulics
Blueprint reading
Team player mentality
Driver's license category B
