Responsibilities As a maintenance technician, you will have an important role in ensuring stable and efficient production. Your main responsibilities include: Preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment Troubleshooting and repair of CNC machines and other production equipment Participate in installation and commissioning of machines Contribute to improvement and development work Document performed maintenance according to applicable procedures Collaborate with production and other departments to minimize downtime Your Profile We are looking for someone with experience in technical work within industry or production and a genuine interest in technology and problem-solving. We would like to see that you have: Experience in industrial maintenance Knowledge of mechanics and pneumatics Experience with troubleshooting in production environments Ability to work independently and in a structured manner Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Meritorious: Experience with CNC machines or machining industry Knowledge of electrical systems, automation, or control and regulation technology Experience with improvement work or Lean Personal Qualities As a person, you are responsible, solution-oriented, and conscientious. You are flexible, have a positive attitude, and thrive both with independent work and collaboration with others.
