Your responsibilities with us As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be a central part of our operations. You and your colleagues, through systematic maintenance of our machines, tools, and facilities, ensure that our production runs with as few and short interruptions as possible. With us, you'll work as a maintenance technician on ongoing, preventive, and planned maintenance work in our production facilities and factories. You'll have opportunities for continuous professional development in a fast-paced work environment. The position also includes various facility maintenance and upkeep tasks. We're located in beautiful Vindeln (approximately 50 km from Umeå), where we develop and manufacture our products, which are then delivered and used worldwide. The position is permanent full-time. More about the role In this position, you'll troubleshoot, identify, and solve problems in our production lines, which consist of machinery of varying ages and models. In your work, you'll provide support and work closely with our production departments. Your responsibilities will include: - Preventive maintenance measures to avoid production stoppages. - Development of the maintenance department and facilities. - Repairs of machines and equipment. - Work with PLC systems, automation systems, and mechanical systems. - Various facility maintenance tasks, for which electrical certification is highly desirable. Who are you? We're looking for someone with strong knowledge of workshop technology, control systems, automation, and machine repairs. We see that you have education and/or experience in these areas, but we'll place great emphasis on personal suitability. We also expect you to be proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and to have a B-class driver's license. As a person, you're interested, communicative, and take initiative. You enjoy technical challenges and have a solution-oriented approach.
