Maintenance Technician Nobia Park
Nobia Sweden AB · Vollzeit
Granarpsvägen 13, Jönköping, Schweden
Just a kitchen, some might think. But at Nobia, we know it's about something much bigger! Behind every functioning kitchen is a production where design, technology, precision, and people work together. Here we need a production that operates reliably, safely, and efficiently – and as a maintenance technician, this is where you come in. Your role with us At Nobia, we don't just produce kitchens – we create the conditions for people's everyday lives. As a maintenance technician, you'll become part of our maintenance team of 18 people who are actively building a structured, modern, and proactive maintenance organization in our highly automated and modern factory. The work location is Nobia Park, Jönköping, and working hours are daytime with rotating evening shifts every 8 weeks. Where we are right now We're in an exciting phase where the facility, technology, and working methods continue to develop. Our ambition is to become even better at preventive maintenance, operational reliability, and continuous improvements – and this role is at the center of that work. You'll have the opportunity to make an impact, test new solutions, and contribute to how we approach maintenance today and in the future. What you need to succeed in this role To succeed in the role, we see that you have a basic understanding of maintenance in a production environment and a genuine interest in technology and problem-solving. You work in a structured way and have safety as a natural part of how you think and act – both for yourself and your colleagues. Requirements for the position are that you have practical experience in electrical work, mechanics, or both, and feel confident troubleshooting, analyzing, and addressing problems when they arise. Class B driver's license + access to your own vehicle. We further see that you have experience with: Preventive and corrective maintenance in an industrial environment, where both operational reliability and work environment are crucial. Reading and understanding technical documentation and drawings in electrical and/or mechanical work, as well as following established safety procedures. Troubleshooting machines, equipment, and production systems with both structure and curiosity, and respect for applicable safety regulations. Working systematically according to procedures, while contributing to improvements in both routines and working methods that strengthen safety, reliability, and efficiency. This role is right for you if... ...you thrive in an environment where problem-solving is central and where collaboration is just as important as technical expertise. You take responsibility, are curious, and like to understand how things really fit together. You enjoy working in cross-functional teams and actively contribute to a good collaborative climate. You share your knowledge and learn from others, with an open and unpretentious attitude. You dare to think differently, question, and suggest improvements – always with safety and quality in focus. You take ownership of your work and see the bigger picture, not just your own task.
