About the Role As a carpenter with us, you work with maintenance, repairs and improvements of our facilities. The work includes both interior and exterior carpentry work, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance. You drive certain tasks and smaller projects independently while collaborating closely with colleagues across multiple technical areas. The role offers great variety where no two days are the same and where you contribute to ensuring a well-functioning and safe facility environment. Your Main Responsibilities Preventive maintenance Maintenance of our facilities Interior and exterior carpentry work Independent work as well as team collaboration Inspection, maintenance and troubleshooting Who Are You? We are looking for you who Can lead projects Are self-driven and responsible Enjoy varied work tasks Can read and understand building drawings Have several years of experience as a carpenter/woodworker Meritorious Sky-lift Class B driver's license Who Are We? Our team consists of 5 operations technicians, 3 electricians, 2 refrigeration technicians and 2 building technicians as well as a coordinator who maintain our facilities at R&D (Technical Centre). Working in building consists of different challenges every day, such as leading smaller projects, changing a door closer or lock box one day and preventive maintenance another day.
