Lerøy Smögen Seafood AB is a facility located in Kungshamn with a fantastic location right by the sea. Currently, 170 people work at our facility and we are in an expansive phase where new business has increased our volume. We primarily prepare salmon in our facility in multiple ways, as well as seafood preparation and some salads. About the Maintenance Technician role Plan your work and perform maintenance tasks, either restoring equipment or eliminating wear and tear Conduct systematic and analytical troubleshooting Perform root cause investigations Support by training and coaching in operator maintenance Inspections and functional checks Regularly participate in improvement initiatives Participate in cross-functional meetings Always assess risks in your own work and report when you discover risks in operations. You always work for your own safety and everyone else's Participate in projects We would like you to have the following qualifications: • Technical education, secondary or higher, in electrical, mechanical, automation, or mechatronics • Or equivalent professional experience • Good computer skills • Express yourself fluently in speech and writing in Swedish and English • Your curiosity and ability to see solutions will be crucial • To be successful in the maintenance technician role, you need to be analytical, thorough, structured, and results-oriented • You have the ability to work both independently and in a group • You enjoy responsibility and can work in a structured manner even at a fast pace • You can quickly adjust plans when the job requires it and you are in good physical condition for an active workday • In this recruitment, we place great emphasis on your personal qualities The role begins with a 6-month probationary period.
