Do you want to have a key role in planning and coordinating maintenance and revision work so that it is carried out safely, efficiently, and with high quality? At Ringhals, you will have an important role in an operation that delivers fossil-free electricity and constantly develops working methods and planning to meet future needs. We are now seeking a Maintenance Engineer for the Workshop within Ringhals Maintenance About Us Ringhals Maintenance is responsible for the maintenance measures required for blocks 3–4 and parts of the common buildings at Ringhals. Our assignment includes both short-term and long-term maintenance and is conducted in close collaboration between workshop, construction, electrical installation, service, and facilities management. Here we work together with a clear focus on safety, quality, and facility availability. About the Position We are seeking a Maintenance Engineer responsible for planning and preparation of both daily operational activities and revision work. The role has a central function in ensuring that work is planned, coordinated, and carried out in a safe, efficient, and structured manner. The assignment includes: Planning, coordinating, and monitoring maintenance and revision activities Participating in resource assessment and coordination for revisions and daily work Reserving, ordering, and monitoring material deliveries Serving as a contact person and client representative to contractors and suppliers Having daily contact with maintenance teams, operations organization, and service functions Work is conducted both administratively and at the facility. Since the workshop engages a large number of contractors for qualified work with high safety requirements, focus on personnel and facility safety is a natural and important part of the role. During revision periods, emergency work may also occur. Requirements Specification About You To succeed in this role, we see that you have: Technical education or equivalent experience in industrial, workshop, or maintenance operations Good ability to read and interpret drawings Administrative experience and familiarity with working systematically in systems Good interpersonal skills and enjoy a role with many contact points Very good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written It is advantageous if you also have: Experience from a similar maintenance or workshop role Leadership experience or experience coordinating others Experience with customer and supplier dialogues Background from process industry Welding experience We are looking for someone who thrives with extensive planning, is clear in your communication, and has the ability to create trusting collaborations – while maintaining structure, safety, and quality.
