TitanX in Linköping is now looking for a maintenance manager who wants to take a key responsibility in our operations. About the role
The maintenance organization at TitanX consists of two areas: machine maintenance and tool maintenance. The function belongs to Industrial Engineering together with process engineering and plays a central role in daily operations.
This is an operations-focused leadership role where you work closely with the team and stay near daily operations. Although the assignment has a clear technical foundation, leadership is at the center. You build on the expertise that exists in the organization, create structure in daily work, and ensure that planning, follow-up, and improvement work become a natural part of everyday life.
You lead and develop the tool maintenance department and have personnel responsibility for a team of experienced tool technicians. Together you ensure high quality, correct priorities, and a clear focus on operational reliability, planning, and preventive maintenance.
You report to the Industrial Engineering Manager and work closely with production, quality, process engineering, and logistics to ensure that the operation reaches its goals.
Your areas of responsibility
Lead, coach, and develop employees and teams
Create clarity around goals, priorities, and ways of working
Plan, allocate, and follow up on daily maintenance work
Ensure that preventive and corrective maintenance is carried out efficiently
Manage budget, resource planning, and follow-up of operational results
Work actively with KPIs, analyses, and improvement initiatives to develop the operation over time
Collaborate with other functions to ensure high availability and stability in production
Your profile
We are looking for someone with experience leading teams in manufacturing industry and who thrives in a role where you combine operational leadership with business development. You likely have experience from maintenance, production, engineering, or other industrial operations where you have worked with planning, prioritization, and results responsibility. You are used to creating structure, driving improvements, and getting people to work toward common goals.
We see that you have:
Experience with personnel responsibility and work supervision
Technical education at upper secondary or higher education level
Experience from maintenance, production, or similar industrial operations
Ability to work structurally with planning, follow-up, and improvement work
Experience with budget and results responsibility
Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
