Cleaning Supervisors and Assistants in Hotels, Administrative, Industrial and Other Facilities

We're looking for someone with cleaning experience who can organize their day, handle people well, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves when needed. We're not looking for a "paper manager." We're looking for a partner who will keep our contracts in top shape. What you'll do: - monitor cleaning quality at your assigned clients (and fix issues right away, not "sometime later") - coordinate and lead cleaners (communication, inspection, support) - manage supplies and material replenishment (so nothing runs out) - cover operations when someone is unavailable (yes – you'll clean sometimes too) - organize and oversee deep cleaning projects to ensure they're done properly - work morning / afternoon shifts (based on agreement and contract needs) "You won't be alone – we'll train you and give you a clear system of controls and standards."
