The role involves primarily technical management and maintenance of non-residential spaces owned by the employer that are designated for rental, specifically: a) routine technical maintenance of buildings, non-residential spaces, and their equipment, b) performing basic repairs and addressing minor technical issues, c) checking operational status of technical installations and systems (water supply, electrical, heating, sanitary equipment) and reporting defects requiring professional intervention, d) minor maintenance, plumbing, locksmith, and painting work not requiring professional certification, e) care of common areas and their technical condition, f) assistance in coordinating professional service and inspection work performed by third parties
