Requirements: - Manual dexterity - Responsibility and reliability - Independence in work - Willingness to work early morning hours (during heating season) Job responsibilities: - Operation of boilers - Monitoring and ensuring safe boiler operation - Basic boiler maintenance - Maintenance of vegetation and other outdoor areas in the facility - Cleaning and maintenance work in the facility and minor repairs to buildings and equipment Start date available by agreement or immediately. Part-time work available; also suitable for active retirees. Fixed-term employment contract with possibility of renewal.
