A SELECTION PROCESS for filling a maintenance worker position in the Technical Services Department

Work commitment: 40 h/week, i.e. 1.0 FTE, working hours mostly 6:00-14:30 Monday-Friday
Work location: Plzeň
Employment type: Fixed-term contract for one year, with possibility of change to permanent position
Expected start date: by arrangement
Salary grade: 7
in the range of 20,080 - 28,660,- Kč + variable salary component, which may constitute 25-45% of annual income (personal bonus, rewards). Salary is governed by Government Regulation No. 341/2017 Coll., depends on achieved experience.
General job responsibilities:
Repair and maintenance of city furniture
Repair, maintenance and cleaning of urban greenery, forests and cycling trails
Repair and maintenance of buildings, structures, property and areas owned by the city
Qualification and professional requirements:
Apprentice certificate
Manual dexterity, independence
Driver's license minimum category B (T, B+E an advantage)
Basic knowledge of PC work
Training in chainsaw and brush cutter operation an advantage
