Central Maintenance Technician (m/f)

First Contact: By email: [email protected] By phone: MON-FRI 7:30 AM - 2:30 PM We are looking for a skilled CENTRAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN for our facility in Poříčany to help us keep our machinery, facilities, and vehicle fleet in perfect condition. We work morning shift only (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM). On-call duty is also part of the position. What you will do: - perform repairs and preventive maintenance on production machinery and building technical equipment, as well as the vehicle fleet - maintain the compressor room and compressed air distribution systems - perform minor locksmith, assembly, and maintenance work - care for the company's outdoor grounds (grass areas, pathways, and building surroundings) - during winter, handle snow removal and de-icing of walkways and traffic areas - collaborate with production colleagues in resolving operational issues - participate in additional maintenance activities as needed by operations What we expect from you: - experience with machinery or technical equipment maintenance - technical skills and willingness to solve diverse repairs - independence, reliability, and responsible approach - Group B driving license - basic knowledge of occupational health and safety (BOZP) It will be an advantage if you have: - forklift operator certification - welding certification - experience with hydraulic or pneumatic systems - experience in industrial manufacturing companies What we offer: - stable employment in a thriving Czech company with 90 years of tradition - work on morning shift only - a friendly team where people help each other - reliable regular paychecks - opportunities for professional development and career growth - one additional week of vacation - subsidized company cafeteria - pension plan contributions - rewards on benefit cards - company events and other employee benefits
