REQUIREMENTS: Essential Skills and Knowledge: Technical Knowledge: Understanding of injection molding machines and molds, ideally with experience in thermoplastic injection molding. Manual Dexterity: Ability to perform fine mechanical work, disassembly and assembly of complex components. Problem-Solving Skills: Diagnosing root causes of malfunctions and finding effective solutions. Knowledge of Internal Systems: Ability to work with technical documentation and maintenance record systems.
