Requirements: 1) University education obtained through study in an accredited master's degree program in the field of pedagogical sciences focused on preparing teachers for secondary schools, or 2) specialized university education that corresponds to the nature of the professional subjects taught in secondary schools and at the same time education in a lifelong learning program conducted by a university and focused on preparing secondary school teachers or second-level elementary school teachers, or study of pedagogy according to § 22 of the Act on Pedagogical Workers. Prerequisites for the creation of an employment relationship, fulfillment of prerequisites for performing activities of a pedagogical worker §3 and professional qualifications according to §7 of Act No. 563/2004 Coll. on Pedagogical Workers and on the Amendment of Certain Acts, including the last amendment by Act No. 197/2014 Coll., effective from January 1, 2015. 3) A final-year student of pedagogy in the given field may also be hired.
