Requirements: - Qualification in the field - preschool and extracurricular pedagogy - secondary/vocational/university - Preschool teaching - B.A./M.A. - Special pedagogy - vocational/B.A./M.A. - Other pedagogical fields + supplementary studies for preschool, - Clean criminal record and health fitness (per §3) - Team player mentality, empathy, and creative drive. Job Responsibilities: - Leading educational activities according to the Framework Educational Program for Preschool Education, - Preparing games, programs, and activities, - Individual support for children, - Communication with parents and team collaboration, - Maintaining pedagogical documentation.
