Requirements: 1) University education obtained through study in an accredited Master's degree program in pedagogical sciences focused on preparing teachers for secondary schools or 2) specialized higher education that corresponds to the nature of specialized subjects taught in secondary schools and simultaneously education in a lifelong learning program conducted by a university and aimed at preparing secondary school teachers or teachers for the second level of primary school, or study of pedagogy according to § 22 of the Law on Pedagogical Workers. Prerequisites for the creation of an employment relationship, fulfillment of prerequisites for the performance of educational worker activities §3 and professional qualifications according to §7 of Law No. 563/2004 Coll. on pedagogical workers and on the amendment of certain laws, including the last amendment by Law No. 197/2014 Coll., effective from January 1, 2015. 3) A student in the final year of a pedagogy program in the given field may also be employed
