Requirements: 1) Higher education obtained through study in an accredited master's degree program in pedagogical sciences focused on preparing teachers for secondary schools, or 2) professional higher education that corresponds to the character of specialized subjects taught in secondary schools and simultaneously education in a lifelong learning program offered by a higher education institution and focused on preparing secondary school teachers or teachers for the second level of elementary school, or study of pedagogy according to § 22 of the Act on Pedagogical Employees.
