Primary School Teacher (Grades 1-3) - Montessori

We are seeking a teacher for grades 1-3 at Questo Montessori Kindergarten and Primary School, an established school in Humpolec. We welcome a colleague who values a respectful approach to children, is committed to supporting their independence and individual development, and is eager to actively participate in school life. Responsibilities - Teaching and pedagogical work with children in grades 1-3, - Working in a prepared Montessori environment with Montessori materials, - Supporting children's individual development, - Collaborating with school educators, - Partnering with parents through open communication. Requirements - Professional qualification as a primary school teacher (grades 1-3), - Criminal record clearance and health certification, - Czech language proficiency, - Respectful and attentive approach to children, - Interest in Montessori pedagogy. Experience with Montessori pedagogy or completion of a Montessori course for ages 6-12 is an advantage but not required. We will help arrange and cover necessary Montessori training.
