We are looking for a Czech language instructor/teacher for afternoon tutoring at our educational center. The role includes individual and group instruction for children, helping with comprehension of material, test preparation, entrance exam preparation, and exam coaching. The instructor guides students clearly, patiently, and supports their confidence in the Czech language.
The work also includes regular lesson preparation, communication with students, and providing basic feedback to parents about the progress of instruction as needed. Teaching takes place primarily in afternoon hours according to a pre-arranged schedule.
Requirements:
Education or experience in teaching Czech language. Suitable for teachers, students of pedagogical programs, graduates, or experienced instructors. Important qualities are a positive attitude toward children, patience, reliability, the ability to explain material simply and humanely, and willingness for long-term cooperation.
Advantages:
Experience with tutoring, experience preparing students for entrance exams, maturita exams, or working with children of various age groups.
Work Hours:
Afternoon hours, by arrangement and schedule. The scope of collaboration is flexible, approximately 3 to 10 lessons per week depending on the instructor's availability and the center's needs.
Type of Employment:
Work performance agreement / work activity agreement / or other form of cooperation by arrangement.
Salary/Compensation: 300 - 500 Kč per lesson/hour depending on experience, type of instruction, and scope of collaboration.
