Accountant with IFRS Knowledge (m/f)

We are expanding our team and looking for a new colleague who is familiar with the world of accounting and IFRS. We are looking for someone who has: • University education in economics or related field • Excellent knowledge of accounting, tax, and related laws • Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) • At least 8 years of experience in the field • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Knowledge of Helios Nephrite information system is a plus • English language proficiency at least B1 level • Category B driver's license • Goal-oriented approach, systemic and analytical thinking • Responsibility, diligence, independence, and willingness to learn new things Job responsibilities on this position include: • Invoicing according to Czech Accounting Standards (ČÚS) • Collaboration on IFRS implementation • Accounting and reporting according to IFRS, reporting • Processing monthly VAT statements, control and summary reports • Closing operations, account reconciliation • Preparation of documentation for semi-annual and annual audits • Collaboration on preparation of tax returns • Active participation in improving accounting processes On this position we offer: • Weekly working hours 37.5 h (+ paid overtime) • Opportunity for further education and professional growth • 25 days of vacation, 2 days of sick leave • Subsidized meal vouchers valued at 200 Kč • 9000 Kč/year for sports, culture, and health support • Possibility of annual financial bonus depending on business results • Financial contribution for commuting to work • Advantageous mobile tariffs, accident insurance, pension savings contribution, and more.
