Job Responsibilities: - Comprehensive and independent material and technical procurement for the entire organization. - Tracking and recording tangible and intangible fixed and non-fixed assets, monitoring and recording inventory stocks. - Manages organizational and entrusted assets, maintains asset accounting records on asset cards, updates changes and supplements cards with modifications made. - Processes and implements purchase requests for material inventory, personal protective equipment, tools and fuel based on asset purchase documentation; promptly receives items into storage, records personal protective equipment distribution on individual employee cards across all departments. - Together with the warehouse manager is responsible for proper storage of inventory stocks and maintains records of their movement. - Responsible for proper functioning and organization of warehouses and other tasks. - Covers for the chief accountant. Requirements: - Complete secondary education with high school diploma, economics-focused field - Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position; experience in a public institution is an advantage - Class B driver's license - active driver - Knowledge of PC work - Word, Excel, Outlook; knowledge of Helios Green IS is an advantage; HR knowledge is an advantage - Good organizational and communication skills - Independence, proactive approach and interest in learning new things. We Offer: - Salary is determined by the public sector employee salary table, 9th salary class in the range of 25,190,- Kč - 36,210,-Kč (based on education and length of credited experience—guaranteed salary 31,360,- Kč) + personal bonus after training period + quarterly bonuses - 5 weeks vacation, meal vouchers, FKSP benefits—life and pension insurance - Full-time employment - 25 days vacation - Meal allowance - Benefits from FKSP (e.g., pension insurance contribution)
