Job responsibilities: We are looking for a reliable accountant to manage double-entry bookkeeping for a smaller company and help with daily office operations, customer communication, documentation, and basic contract administration. We operate in the areas of electrical installations, photovoltaics, heat pumps, and technical installations. We are seeking a new team member who is careful, independent, and able to organize their work; duties include managing double-entry bookkeeping, preparing/sorting/recording/filing documents, entering and monitoring payments, recording invoices, handling emails, managing contract-related administration, and other administrative work as assigned. Requirements: reliability, attention to detail, responsible approach, knowledge of computer work (MS Word, MS Excel), ability to independently handle routine administrative tasks, sense of organization in documents and deadlines, prior experience required, class B driver's license advantageous (not required).
