Contact: Didenko Victoria, tel.: 777 600 154, e-mail: [email protected] Work location: Lázeňská 19/1, 350 00 Karlovy Vary, Czech Travel office Employment type: Fixed-term employment for 1 year with possibility of extension Working hours: Mon–Fri: 08:00–16:30 with possibility of partially flexible working hours according to current company needs Required education: Higher professional or university education Preferred field: Accounting, taxes, economics, finance Job responsibilities: • Independent and comprehensive management of company accounting records • Payroll processing and complete personnel administration • Documentation and verification of accounting records, invoicing, and cash management • Tax administration processing (particularly VAT, control statements, and other statutory obligations) • Preparation of documentation for tax advisors, auditors, and company management • Communication with authorities and institutions • Continuous verification of accuracy of accounting and payroll processes • Cooperation with company management and external partners Requirements: • At least 3 years of experience in accounting • Very good knowledge of Czech accounting and tax legislation • Ability to work independently and take responsibility for assigned agenda • Attention to detail, systematic approach, and reliability • Experience with payroll processing and personnel administration • Knowledge of accounting software (e.g. Pohoda, Money S3, Helios) is an advantage We offer: • An independent and responsible position in a stable company • Friendly and professional work environment • Possibility of flexible work arrangement by agreement • Competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications • Long-term cooperation in case of mutual satisfaction For interested candidates: If interested, please send your structured CV to: [email protected] Selected candidates will be invited for a personal interview.
