Do you want to contribute to well-being, community, and a welcoming environment at Stjärnhuset Supported Living? We are now looking for you to take on this meaningful role as a Wellbeing Coordinator. As a Wellbeing Coordinator, you are an important part of the unit's team and serve as our face to the public. You plan and carry out activities together with the activities coordinator, activities representative, unit manager, and other colleagues. You contribute to a lively and warm environment – for customers, family members, and staff alike. You participate in the unit's team meetings and play a central role in gathering ideas, feedback, and wishes regarding activities and well-being.
Work Tasks
In this role, you plan and coordinate activities for customers and residents in collaboration with staff and other stakeholders. You contribute to a pleasant, safe, and welcoming environment, welcome visitors, and demonstrate digital tools. You are also responsible for simple administrative tasks such as mail, deliveries, and bookings, and serve as fire safety representative for the entrance floor. You also participate in various events and activities.

You do not need to have care training – what matters is your commitment and your desire to make a difference in everyday life.
Please note that Wellbeing Coordinators do not perform care-related tasks or document in Treserva. In exceptional cases, you may support regular staff as needed by agreement with the unit manager.
