We are currently seeking a part-time substitute caregiver who can be available for various types of leave, such as sick leave and vacation. This could potentially lead to a permanent position in the future. A 52-year-old woman living in Kristianstad is looking for a personal assistant. Our client is a woman with Rett Syndrome, autism, and intellectual disability. Your responsibilities will include practical household tasks and providing support during various activities such as library visits, dancing, swimming, music, and nature walks. The woman has no mobility restrictions. The woman has her own car, so a driver's license is required. The work is conducted using visually structured teaching methods, and everyone follows the same approach. Communication is facilitated through pictures, sign language as support, and an augmentative and alternative communication device. Great emphasis is placed on structure and continuity. Experience with this working method is a merit. You must be smoke-free during working hours. Training and guidance take place outside of scheduled work hours. The schedule includes both 24-hour shifts (with on-call duty) and shorter shifts, scheduled during day, evening, night, and weekends. We particularly welcome female applicants.
