We are now seeking a driven and organized printer who thrives in a production environment and wants to contribute to our continued success. The position is located in Ängelholm. Working hours are arranged as 2-shift. Your Assignment As a printer with us, you will: Operate screen and flexo presses in printing and finishing. Perform changeovers and adjustment of the presses. Ensure that production meets quality requirements. Perform basic maintenance and adjustments, such as daily machine care. Work closely with colleagues in production, planning and quality to achieve common goals. We are looking for someone who: Is handy and practically minded, preferably with technical interest. Is careful, responsible and solution-oriented. Enjoys working in a team and is used to working at a high but controlled pace. Has the ability to simultaneously monitor and control multiple jobs. Has experience from the printing industry if possible or similar environment. Speaks fluent Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. Has computer skills. To succeed in the role, we also believe you are: Independent, proactive and responsible. Initiative-taking, with the ability to suggest process and working method improvements. Outgoing with good humor and wanting to contribute your expertise in a growing company. Technical upper secondary education, preferably with a focus on printing, process engineering or equivalent post-secondary education. Strong merit with experience working in a manufacturing environment. We Offer A team-oriented and supportive work environment. Generous wellness allowance. Salary: 29-33 000 SEK/month depending on experience. Collective agreement supplements and flat-rate monthly on-call pay.
